The Chambré Public Affairs team has significant experience of planning and delivering campaigns to influence public policy or simply to move an issue up the political agenda.

Our consultants have worked within or closely with the political institutions of Northern Ireland, Westminster, Dublin and European Union and are well placed to offer informed and effective strategic public affairs advice.

We have an in-depth knowledge of the complex political framework and cultural sensitivities that characterise Northern Ireland politics. We ensure our client’s message is appropriate and delivered to the heart of the decision-making process.

Our team have played pivotal roles in affecting the public policy agenda in Northern Ireland. Successful campaigns we supported have included securing:

funding for Home-Start schemes threatened with closure post March 2008 because of the ending of the Children’s Fund
cross-party political support for a government backed ‘low cost borrowing mechanism’ in the NI energy industry
funding for Reconnect - the Northern Ireland charity for people with Acquired Brain Injury - to prevent cessation of services.
