Finn studied at Trinity College Dublin, graduating with a first-class honours B.A. in PPES and an M. Phil in Chinese Studies. He is a Trinity Foundation Scholar, and was Chair of Robinson Subcommittee at the Hist, the world’s oldest student debating society. Primarily, Finn co-oridnates the political monitoring and research at Chambré as well as assisting on a range of client accounts.
